About Dheynaa

Dheynaa is being designed for a familiar problem in the Maldives: patients often visit several pharmacies before finding all the medicines on a prescription.

The proposed app lets a patient upload a prescription once and send a ping to participating pharmacies nearby. Pharmacists reply with current availability, whether an item can be dispensed under Aasandha or for cash, and the stated price when relevant.

We are preparing a focused pilot in a dense area of Malé. The goal is to learn whether patients find the service valuable and whether pharmacies can respond reliably before committing to a wider build.

Dheynaa does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional medical advice. It is intended to make the search between a valid prescription and a pharmacy counter less uncertain.
